What’s new with Rundoo?
We’ve rebuilt customer statements! These changes aim to clarify data and activity over a specific period of time; what happened, what was paid, what is still outstanding, what invoices look like, etc.
What does this look like?
New columns of data
“Due Date”
“Identifier” (previously “Transaction”)
“Original” balances
Current “Balance” (previously “Running balance”)
Clearer high level snapshots in the right hand corner
Customer Account #s above the snapshot, emphasizing the statement period, and the “Total balance”
Tighter layouts and condensed sections to reduce unnecessary space
Relocation of the barcode for real-time payments in the Rundoo Contractor app
What is the goal of this statement redesign?
The goal is better experiences for everyone! Straightforward statements mean reduced customer confusion and reduced time spent troubleshooting statements; in turn, this means positive customer sentiment and prompt payments.
