What’s new with Rundoo?
We’ve revamped several display components of the Returns experience!
What does this mean?
Before:
Returns did not have their own identifier
Returns were linked to Sold Sales, which was problematic for several reasons including confusing receipts (“Am I being charged again?!”) and challenging Sales analytics.
Now:
Returns have their own identifier, suffixed with “-R”, standing for “Return,” for example, “2Z5S5-0910A-R.”
Returns have their own dedicated view within Sales
Within the Returns list view:
Helpful negative quantities and amounts
Within the single Returns view:
Original Sale details
Sale history starting with the Return itself
“Return details”, not “Sales details”
Returns receipts:
List the returned Products, returned fees / taxes, returned subtotal and returned total (which will all be negative), not the data from the original Sale.
List the identifier of the original Sale as a related transaction.
Clearly indicate that it is a Return :)
