What’s new with Rundoo?
This week, we launched a banner that tells you if a customer has drafts, quotes, or will calls when you are doing a sale!
Why is this helpful?
We’ve observed that many clients have TONS of stale sales sitting in draft, quote, or will call. Why do these happen?
As we talked to clients, we realized it is usually clerks redoing transactions that already exist in Rundoo. For example, maybe a different clerk started a sale, maybe there is a quote for this transaction, or maybe something is sitting in will call already. Some times the customer may have even forgotten they have something in will call!
So Rundoo now puts any in-progress sales front and center. Knowing what open transactions exist for a customer provides key context, saves you from building multiple sales, and lets you actively manage quotes instead of searching for info outside of checkout.
What does this look like?
Within Sales, after entering and selecting a customer for checkout, Rundoo will now populate relevant customer drafts, quotes, and will calls.
Clicking on any of the open transactions, e.g. will call, launches a new tab with the customer’s open transactions.
