Problem: Giving good explanations is hard
When a new client joins Rundoo, they usually have a ton of questions:
How do I do a sale?
How do I connect my card reader?
How do I save a card on file?
How do I run statements?
How do I see what I owe in sales tax?
How is Rundooโs ratio of dogs to employees so high?
Often, we answer these questions over the phone, chat, or email, and it would be helpful to have photos and videos we can send. Even further, we want to capture the clearest possible answers and consistently give them.
Solution: Standard how-to guides
Over the last couple weeks, we compiled a lot of these answers in a single place. Introducing, Rundocs ๐
