One ticket instead of two, one click instead of a menu. Two updates that take a few steps out of a busy sale, and both happened because you asked.

Two updates this week, one theme: fewer steps to close a sale. Have a look and tell us what you think.
One ticket, one deposit. This lets you put different types of items on a single ticket, closing it out quickly. 🎟️
One click to print. Set your printing up once, so a receipt is a single click.🖱️
📦 Combine shelf stock and special orders
What is new? ✨
Previously a special order ticket used to hold special order items only. Now it holds anything, including the stock on your shelf, or even a return.
What does this mean? 🤔
Say a contractor’s in your hardware store, special ordering a door, and he grabs two boxes of screws and a caulk gun off the shelf. Before, that meant two separate tickets. Now it’s just one! You can even put a single deposit on the whole order, with the balance due at pickup.
Why is this important?💡
Speed! ⚡One ticket, one deposit, one balance to track, one thing to hand over at pickup, instead of chasing pieces across multiple sales.
For now, taking a deposit on stock still needs at least one special order item on the ticket. A deposit the other sales like a will call, a quote, or a sale where everything is on the shelf, that’s coming soon, I’ll tell you as soon as it is released. What is new? ✨
Put simply, printing a receipt for a completed sale, a will call, or a quote previously took 3 clicks, now it takes just 1. We’ve changed this up by allowing you to do a simple, one-time setup with Quick Print (it takes about two minutes). You tell Rundoo exactly what you want to print and how, once, and once only.
What does this mean for you? 🤔
I suppose the answer to this lies with you. How many times a week do you reprint a receipt for a customer who lost theirs? How often do you print a quote so someone can show their boss the breakdown? Every single one of those interactions just went from 3 clicks to 1. Multiply that by your whole team over an entire day, and that is a lot of saved time at the counter.
Why is this important?💡
Speed. ⚡ Keeping with our theme of Fewer steps at the counter, Quick Print targets one of the most common things you’ve asked us to speed up. Like our other updates this week, this one also came right off the idea board. A store owner asked why a quote took three clicks to print, and so many of you agreed that printing required a silly number of clicks.
With Quick Print, you still choose what’s on the page. You just do the fiddly setup one time, instead of on every sale.
