What's new in Rundoo in February 2023.

Hi everyone! Zach here. At the end of every month, I’ll chime in to share some product updates.

Gross Margin Pricing

Edit and save product prices by dollar amount or by gross margin. Select “by %” and enter the desired margins for each pricing tier, and optionally choose to round prices up to the nearest $0.99.

Email Completed Sales and Bill Payments

Email any completed sale or bill payment to existing contacts or new emails using the “Email” button in the upper right corner.

Send Customer Sales Summaries

In the customer history tab, you’ll now see an option to send sales summaries. In the “Sold” tab, select a date range using the date selector, then print or email the generated pdf to any customer contacts.

Also new this month:

• Refund bill payments: If a customer wants to assign a payment to different sales, you can simply refund it.

• View discounted prices: If you offer a customer discounts, they’ll see the original price struck through on their receipt.

• CC company all emails: All emails sent from Rundoo will CC your company address for record keeping.
